Did the 9-5 (w/ 2-hour lunch break) Taekwon-do seminar yesterday. Good stuff. Did I mention my legs hurt? My ankle hurts doing any kind of left sided L-stance, all of which are completely messed up, and I have no footwork to speak of. And yet I wonder if it’s real or just some psychosomatic, phantom pain that I use as an excuse for laziness and natural incompetence. Cried a bit, but it’s really just people’s kindness and sympathy that undoes me. If I could get rid of all my friends, I’d be fine.
