Turning the frown upside…

It’s sad when you can only log in a lousy 9 miles of jogging per week, and your joints are still sore. On the other hand, I’ve really got to hustle if I’m going to lose 8 pounds by Christmas. So all that whining and crying last Wednesday night when it was raining and windy and I waited for the bus from 10:03 till 11:02? Forget it. That’s just God’s way of saying I should’ve gone to the gym and run another mile. And if you can’t eat dinner till 1am, that’s just God’s way of telling you to diet. I feel empowered already.
