Just finished a 2-day martial arts summer camp event, and I have the t-shirt to prove it.

The usual information on natural motion, plus: Lead with your butt when you slide backwards into an L-stance, possibly land hard on your rear heel when stepping into a walking stance, “sawtooth” motion, drills, drills, and more drills, and color belt men are scary when they fight.

I’m sore, but I’ll be perfectly fine by mid-week.

I shall never drink Tang again.
