Sweetness, not “Lite”

For Easter, I made a sugar free coconut milk based chocolate silk pie with a pecan/almond crust. Also a sugar free coffee coconut milk based ice cream that may be a bit too icy due to the added espresso. I’d post beautiful, glowing photographs of my work, but I only have a cameraphone that turns my food pics all manner of unappetizing shades of brown.
